The lido will open on Saturday 2nd May at 11.00am with its annual celebration of its heritage. The entrance fee will be just 2 pence for all and staff will be dressed in traditional uniform.
As well as your first opportunity to swim in the pool, the Lido Café will be offering afternoon tea consisting of homemade sandwiches and cakes accompanied by coffee and tea. This sophisticated affair will include service to your table by 1930s styled waiters. You may pre-book an afternoon tea for £15 per person by calling the Lido Café on 01242 222570 to pay the café directly.
Gates will open at 11am and close at 7.30pm. 11.00am
Cheltenham Silver Band perform as the gates open.

Anyone can enter this 50m (1 length) race. Registration at 12.30No public swimming in main pool for approx 30mins.
14.00 Cheltenham Swimming and Waterpolo Club
Cheltenham Waterpolo Club are this year’s ASA British Gas National Champions and the 2nd Team will be playing an exhibition match for your entertainment.
15.30 Cheltenham Canoe Club
Canoeing taster session in the main pool deep end.
17.00 Main pool returns to normal for the rest of the day.
