People: Any swimmers/fitness enthusiasts (must be able to swim 100m continually)
Basic design: A land and aquatic fitness class, based around a circuit training concept (battle ropes, trx, kettle bells- swimming widths at differing paces, treading and running in water etc)
Pricing: £5 per session (first week free) Maximum of 15 people, sign up at reception
Ideal for: Fat loss, aerobic fitness, swimming fitness, general strength and endurance (whole body), team sports football, rugby etc
What to bring: Swimming gear, t-shirt and shorts, trainers and a change of clothing. Not forgetting bags of energy and enthusiasm.
