Circuits/HIIT

This session uses land-based activities to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness. With different exercises every session, this class is suitable for all abilities. Coached by Sarah, this class will take place on the main lawn of the Lido in all weathers, so be prepared to get wet if the lovely British weather doesn't cooperate... (Minimum age 16)

Day: Thursday evenings
Time: 7:30pm-8:15pm

Aqua

Aqua is suitable for anyone and everyone that is looking to develop their fitness and get active. With the music playing (and hopefully the sun shining), our outdoor sessions have that holiday feel! Coached by Toni, this session uses mostly the shallow end, but may also involve the deep end of the pool (Minimum age 16)

Days/Times: Wednesday & Friday mornings - 9:35am-10:20am

Yoga

This class uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation and is suitable for all abilities. Yoga helps to improve health and happiness - its main goals are physical and mental health. Based on the ancient fitness science of Hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. Led by Ele Hale, this class will usually be held outdoors, but will take place on the veranda or in the cafe on rainy days (Minimum age 16)

Swim for Fitness

Coached by Anthony, these sessions are designed to improve endurance, stroke and technique. It is ideal for anyone looking to develop their skill for an event, or simply to develop their fitness. (Minimum age 13)

      0-5k Running Group *coming soon*

      A group for beginners... With weekly email tips and guidance, this 10-week course with Sarah will take you through your first mile and build you up to running 5km. Suitable for all the family! (Minimum age 8)

      Day: Saturday mornings
      Time: 11:15am-12:15pm
      Cost: £45 per 10-week course (£35 for Season Ticket Holders) Includes a dip in the pool after your run!
