Cafe Team Leaders (from 24 - 40 hours a week)
Responsibilities include:
- Being responsible for shift operations and delegating tasks to the team
- Being a proactive team member, capable of switching between stations and leading by example
- Dealing confidently with customers and team members, providing friendly and efficient service at all times

Essential skills & attributes:
- Fantastic problem solving, time management and common sense
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and willing to be a valued and essential team member
- Available to work weekends
- Must be available between mid March and mid October

Cafe Team Members (from 8 - 40 hours a week)
Responsibilities include:
- Food & Drink Preparation
- Serving customers and taking payments
- Counting and replenishing stock
- Cleaning and general ‘housekeeping’
- Other varied ‘adhoc’ tasks

Essential skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management & reliability
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Available to work weekends
- Must be available between mid March and mid October
