The main role of a GA is to maintain the general cleanliness of the site.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
– Ensuring the site it kept clean and tidy
– Cleaning changing room and toilets on a regular basis
– Ensure offices and reception are kept clean and tidy
– Ensure site Bins are regularly emptied
You will be required to interact and respond to customer enquiries. You will also assist and support the reception team during the busy periods. You will be required to provide excellent customer services to all visitors and interact with management and other members of the team to in ensuring best services to customers and guests.
You may also be required to work alongside the reception team on busy days to ensure customers deal with in a time efficient manner. You may also be required to assist at Lido events, such as triathlons and cinema nights.
