Please be aware that we are using a new system to process memberships, which means you will not be able to use your Lido website login details - please create a new account when purchasing your membership in order to manage your account.
Proof of concession or NHS/Blue Light status must be shown when collecting your season ticket or you may be required to pay for a full priced season ticket.
Applications for concessions will not be processed without the required documentation. You can read more about the documents required for each type of concession by reading this page.
You are also required to provide a photo for your ticket.
When uploading your membership photo, please ensure it is a clear photo of just 1 person's face. Please note these photos will not be printed on your membership card - your photo will only be visible to SPL staff when scanning your card on arrival, so please make sure it is a true likeness of yourself.
We do not have any photos stored from previous years, so all members MUST upload new and up-to-date photos.
